Hi, my name is Kelsi, and I am a Client Service Representative Supervisor at TruVet. I love helping people and their pets, and I bring that energy to everything I do — both at work and beyond.
Personal Hobbies and Interests
Outside of work, I am all about family, friends, and adventure. I love camping and squeezing in as many lake days as possible. My soul dog Gracee, a Blue Heeler, is my constant companion, and I also share my home with Carl, a mixed breed, and Samara, my cat, along with my boyfriend of eight years.
Favorite Part of My Job
The most inspiring part of my job is helping people and their pets, especially when those heartwarming reunions happen after a pet has been in our care. Knowing our team made a difference in those moments means everything to me.
Why I Chose This Profession
I have always been drawn to roles where I can make people feel supported and valued. Combining that with a love of animals made veterinary medicine a natural fit — and I have never looked back.

I am a proud graduate of Lytle's Beauty College, completing my studies in May 2024.
Professional Background
I have experience across both general practice and specialty and emergency veterinary care, with a focus on delivering warm, efficient front desk service. My role at TruVet involves supporting the client services team and ensuring every person who walks through our doors feels welcomed and cared for.
Work History
Before joining TruVet in July 2021, I spent four years in general practice and worked as a Starbucks Barista — experience that sharpened my customer service skills and love of connecting with people. I have grown into my current role as Client Service Representative Supervisor at TruVet.
