Hi, my name is Julie, and I am a RVT at TruVet. Patient care is my true love, and I am passionate about building lasting relationships with our furry patients and their families.

Personal Hobbies and Interests

Outside of work, I love globe-trotting adventures, hitting the gym, running, reading, and exploring the food scene. At home I share my life with Athena, my Chihuahua princess with a whole lot of attitude.

Favorite Part of My Job

The most inspiring part of my job is my unwavering passion for patient care. I thrive on building lasting relationships with our furry patients and their families — especially the long-term TruVet families who have trusted us with their pets over the years.

Why I Chose This Profession

I have always had a deep love for animals and a desire to be there for them in their most vulnerable moments. Veterinary medicine gave me the opportunity to turn that passion into a career that I find genuinely fulfilling every single day.

Education

I completed the SRJC RVT programme, building a strong foundation of veterinary knowledge and technical skill. I am also bilingual in English and Spanish.

Professional Background

My background is centred on in-patient care, with a genuine passion for the day-to-day work of supporting hospitalised patients and their families. I am dedicated to providing attentive, compassionate care to every animal in our hospital.
